Cancellation Policy

Coverage & Deliverables Each booking covers one athlete. Our media team aims to capture highlight content within one match, but if needed, we may follow into a second game to ensure strong footage and photo variety. Packages include the specific deliverables listed in each option (video, photos, or both). Add-ons (rush delivery, custom song, extra photos) can be added at checkout or coordinated after booking. Delivery Time Photo packages: 3–5 business days Video packages: 5–7 business days DIY clip packages: 24–48 hours Rush delivery available for an additional $25. All media is delivered digitally via a private gallery link or email. Payment & Cancellations Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. If your athlete’s team withdraws or does not play, you may request a credit or refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable but can be credited toward future Valley Heat League coverage. Terms & Permissions FANTAM Sports reserves the right to determine shooting angles, match coverage, and timing based on event logistics. All footage and images remain the property of FANTAM Sports until full payment is received. By booking, you grant permission for general match footage or event highlights to be used for Valley Heat League or FANTAM Sports promotional content. All services are subject to the Valley Heat League Media Policy.
