The Valley Heat League is building a professional, media-driven volleyball experience. As part of our partnership, every VHL club can schedule a FREE Media Day at their facility within the 2026 season. No cost to clubs. No cost to the league.

If your club is part of the Valley Heat League, you qualify for a free Media Day hosted directly at your facility. This program covers:

How the VHL Media Day Works
We keep it simple for directors, coaches, and families.

Step 1 — Book Your Date

Contact FANTAM Sports to schedule your preferred Media Day slots. Any time during the 2026 Season!

Step 2 — We Come to Your Facility

The FANTAM Sports media team sets up a professional photo station and manages the full session flow, including:

Individual athlete portraits

Team photos

Optional hype/action poses (add on video available)

Coach & staff photos

Step 3 — We Edit & Organize
-
All captured content is professionally edited and organized for league use. Clubs will receive VHL-branded assets for their own marketing. Unbranded material will also be available for purchase.

Step 4 — Parents Can Purchase Unbranded Photos

Families will receive a private link to purchase high-resolution, unbranded photos of their athletes. Purchases are optional and but allow us to keep this program free for all clubs. All-digital, all-physical and bundle packages will be available.

To maintain the integrity of the program, clubs may not distribute unbranded or high-resolution athlete photos directly to families.

Yes — Media Day is completely free for all VHL clubs.

Clubs are provided VHL-branded content for marketing use only.
Unbranded photos are exclusively available through the parent gallery.
Q: Where does Media Day take place?
At your facility or a designated VHL-approved location.
Q: How long does the session take?
Each team receives a 1.5-hour Media Day block. Teams are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and lineup. Player and parent information will be collected on-site at the time of Media Day. Additional details and instructions will be provided in upcoming emails.
