Cancellation Policy

Coverage & Deliverables Each booking covers one full team during a single match. Choose between photo coverage (25–40 edited photos) or video coverage (full-match recording). Our media team aims to capture highlight content within one match, but may follow into a second game if needed to ensure balanced coverage for all players. The Team Media Bundle ($250) includes both photo and video coverage for the same match. Delivery Time Photo packages: 3–5 business days Video packages: 5–7 business days Delivered via secure online gallery or download link. Payment & Cancellations Full payment is required to secure team coverage. Refunds or credits are available only if the team withdraws or does not play. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future Valley Heat League event. Terms & Permissions FANTAM Sports reserves the right to adjust filming or photography based on venue access and match scheduling. All captured media remains the property of FANTAM Sports until full payment is received. Teams agree that general event footage may be featured in Valley Heat League or FANTAM Sports promotional materials. All services follow the Valley Heat League Media Policy.
